GestPay: il sistema per effettuare pagamenti online che mette al primo posto la sicurezza nella gestione delle transazioni, tranquillizzando sia i consumer sul trattamento dei dati rilasciati su Internet sia i merchant relativamente alla possibilità di frodi.

Protocollo SSL3 a 128 BIT
La comunicazione tra il browser e il server della banca viene garantita da un trasporto criptato SSL3 a 128 bit
(attualmente lo standard di sicurezza più elevato con la certificazione lato server).

Parametri Criptati
In questo modo, poiché i parametri trasmessi attraverso il browser del cliente vengono criptati con algoritmi di elevata sicurezza,
il consumer (Cliente) non potrà in alcun modo interferire nel colloquio tra il merchant (DARWIN) e la banca.

Classe JAVA
Il merchant (DARWIN) che si convenziona con GestPay potrà scaricare dal sito Sellanet una classe Java multipiattaforma, adattabile a qualsiasi sistema.
La sua funzione sarà quella di criptare, mediante algoritmo a chiave simmetrica con una nuova chiave, generata quotidianamente direttamente dai sistemi Banca Sella, i dati che saranno successivamente passati al server Banca Sella.
Sempre sul sito Sellanet saranno disponibili diversi esempi "copia e incolla" realizzati nei più diffusi linguaggi di programmazione.

Indirizzi IP
Per aumentare ulteriormente la sicurezza, il merchant (DARWIN) dovrà indicare uno o più indirizzi IP dei server che comunicheranno con il server Banca Sella: quest'ultimo, ad ogni chiamata, effettuerà una verifica incrociata sul merchant id passato e l'indirizzo IP chiamante. Il merchant (DARWIN) dovrà poi modificare le sue pagine di risposta sull'esito della transazione (URL OK e KO) affinché siano in grado di decriptare la risposta della banca.

Affidabilità' Comunicazione SERVER/SERVER
Grazie alla comunicazione diretta SERVER/SERVER, il merchant (DARWIN) ha la certezza di ricevere una risposta da parte della banca sull'esito della transazione, anche nei casi in cui l'acquirente chiude il browser prima di ottenere la risposta.

Reiterazione della Comunicazione
In caso di impossibilità di connessione al server del merchant (DARWIN), il server sicuro Banca Sella, oltre a far visualizzare al cliente uno "scontrino virtuale" che riassume i dati della transazione, effettuerà un numero predefinito di tentativi per stabilire la comunicazione. Esauriti questi ultimi, il cliente visualizzerà una pagina contenente le informazioni sul pagamento predisposta da Banca Sella in sostituzione di quella dell'esercente. Verrà quindi effettuata una serie di ulteriori tentativi da server a server, a intervalli regolari di tempo, fino alla garanzia di comunicazione avvenuta. Se entro 24 ore la comunicazione non è ancora stata stabilita, l'help desk provvederà a contattare direttamente l'esercente.

DARWIN Italy will not gain any access whatsoever to your credit card details since data transmission takes place directly with the bank's server (in this case, the server of Banca Sella www.sella.it ).

GestPay: a system for making online payments that gives top priority to the security of online transactions so that customers can feel confident that their personal data is protected when transmitted over the Internet and traders feel protected against the risk of fraud.

SSL3 protocol using 128-bit encryption
All data transmitted between the customer's browser and the bank's server is encrypted for security purposes using SSL3 and 128-bit encryption
(currently the highest level of security available complete with server certificate).

Encryption parameters
As the parameters transmitted via the customer's browser are encrypted using high-security algorithms,
the customer has no way of interfering with the dialogue between the trader (DARWIN) and the bank.

JAVA class
Any trader (DARWIN) under agreement with GestPay can download a multi-platform Java class file from the Sellanet website, which is compatible with any system.
This is used to encrypt data that will be transmitted to Banca Sella's server using a symmetric key algorithm. A new key is generated daily by Banca Sella's systems.
There are also various copy and paste examples on the Sellanet website created in the most widely-used programming languages.

IP addresses
To ensure even greater security, the trader (DARWIN) must also provide one or more IP addresses for the servers that communicate with Banca Sella's server. Banca Sella will cross-check the integrity of each message by verifying the trader's ID and the sender's IP address. The trader (DARWIN) will then have to change their reply pages once the transaction has been carried out (URL OK or KO) so as to be able to decipher the bank's reply.

SERVER/SERVER communication reliability
Thanks to the direct SERVER/SERVER communication , the trader (DARWIN) will always receive a reply from the bank once the transaction has been completed, even if the buyer closes the browser before receiving a reply.

Repetition of the communication
Should connection to the trader's server (DARWIN) be down, Banca Sella's secure server will display a virtual receipt to the customer summarizing the details of the transaction, and will make a preset number of attempts to reestablish a connection. If these attempts to reconnect fail, the customer will see a page displaying the payment details provided by Banca Sella in place of the details that would have been provided by the trader . Further attempts will then be made to reconnect between the servers at regular intervals until a connection is established. If a connection has not been established after 24 hours, our help desk will contact the trader directly.
